Services

Six engagements, each scoped to finish.

Every capability below is available on its own: fixed scope, fixed price, delivered in weeks and handed over with runbooks. Most clients start with one and add others once the first has paid for itself.

A2DevOps delivers DevOps and DevSecOps engagements to SaaS and technology companies, as an embedded senior engineer rather than an agency hand-off. Everything is built in your own cloud accounts and repositories, with open-source and industry-standard tooling, so there is nothing proprietary to unwind when an engagement ends.

If you are not sure which of these you need, the free assessment scores your stack across six pillars in about three minutes and tells you where the gap is widest. That is usually the honest answer to where to start.

The engagements

What each one covers.

  • AWS · Azure · GCP

    2–4 weeks

    Scalable Cloud Foundations

Build a resilient, cost-aware cloud baseline you can grow without rewrites.

Best for: Teams still managing infra through the console

  • CI/CD Pipelines

    1–3 weeks

    Automated, Reversible Releases

Go from "it works on my machine" to confident deploys, daily.

Best for: Teams deploying manually or afraid to ship on Fridays

  • Container Orchestration

    2–5 weeks

    Production-Ready Kubernetes

    Ship on Kubernetes without firefighting.

Best for: Teams moving to or scaling on containers

  • Terraform · Pulumi · Ansible

    1–3 weeks

    Click-Repeatable Infra with IaC

One command to replicate your stack in any region, any account.

Best for: Teams managing 2+ environments with snowflake configs

  • Monitoring · Logging · Alerting

    1–2 weeks

    Full-Stack Observability

Find issues in minutes, not hours.

Best for: Teams debugging with kubectl and guesswork

  • DevSecOps

    2–4 weeks

    Shift-Left Security That Sticks

Security that developers will actually use.

Best for: Teams preparing for their first enterprise customer or audit

Common to all six

How every engagement works.

The scope changes between these services. The terms do not.

It is built in your accounts, not mine

Every resource, pipeline and policy lives in your cloud accounts and your repositories, under your version control, built with open-source and industry-standard tooling. There is no A2DevOps platform to stay subscribed to and nothing to migrate off when an engagement ends.

Changes arrive as pull requests

Infrastructure changes are reviewed the way application code is: proposed in a branch, read by your engineers, merged when they are happy. Nothing is applied to production by hand, including by me. That is both how the work gets done and the habit it is meant to leave behind.

Fixed scope, quoted in writing

Focused engagements are priced for a defined scope before any work starts, so the invoice is known in advance. What sets the number is how many environments are in play, the state of what already exists, and whether compliance evidence is in scope. Longer-term support afterwards is a monthly retainer, cancellable with 30 days notice.

One senior engineer, with the limits that implies

Engagements are delivered by Adrian Furo directly: no account managers, no hand-off to a junior team. The honest trade-off is capacity. Only so many engagements run at once, and a solo practice cannot responsibly offer a 24/7 pager rotation. If a project needs more than one senior engineer, that gets said up front.

It ends with runbooks and a handover

An engagement is not finished when the infrastructure works, it is finished when your team can operate it. That means written runbooks for the failure modes your stack actually has, and a live session walking your engineers through what changed and why.

Starting small is normal

Most clients begin with one focused engagement, usually whichever pillar the assessment scored worst, and add others once the first has paid for itself. Nothing here requires committing to a long-term partnership to get started.

Let's build your infrastructure roadmap.

I'll review your current stack, identify the biggest wins, and map out a plan, whether that's a long-term partnership or a focused engagement.
